I know reaching out for therapy can feel daunting. My role is to meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity and no judgment. Our sessions are a space for you to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming and begin making sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your life.
My approach is flexible and collaborative. I draw from different therapeutic styles not because the labels matter, but because each person needs something a little different. Sometimes that looks like gentle exploration, sometimes it’s focusing on emotions in the moment and other times it’s practical tools to help you cope day to day.
I’ve worked with people navigating trauma, difficult childhood experiences, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression and the weight of low self-esteem. Whatever you’re carrying, we’ll move at your pace.
What drew me to this work was my belief that no one should have to carry their struggles alone. Like anyone, I’ve seen how life can throw challenges our way, and I know how powerful it can be to have someone alongside you, listening, encouraging and reminding you that change is possible.
Most of all, I want you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward a life that feels lighter and more your own.
